How do you prefer the pressure? Light, gentle, or firm?
How do you prefer the flow? Slow, steady, or speedy?
What areas should we focus on to help you relax best?
You can ask your therapist not to talk. S.H.H. (Silence Helps Heal)
Modesty matters. Extra draping is always available. Please feel free to ask these, or any, questions: “Excuse me do you have a blanket?” “I'm not to comfortable. Can I leave my clothes on?”
Speak up if anything isn’t serving you. Examples: too much pressure, too much oil, softer touch, etc.
Your comfort is cornerstone. Let us know if there are areas that need more attention or that you would prefer be left alone.
Massage can trigger emotiobal release. You will not be judged.
Trying something new such as aromatherapy to deepen relaxation.
You always will get the full amount of massage time. We schedule time before and after appointments for this reason.
