Appointments and Cancellation Policies.

Appointment Policies

It is our intention to provide our clients with a professional and therapeutic experience with exceptional service and personalized attention. The following appointment policies are in place to enable us to provide the highest quality service to each of our clients.

We understand that unanticipated events occur. Family emergency, car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines affect our daily lives and can interfere with a massage appointment.

In our commitment to provide an outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our own time, we have adopted the following policies:

YOUR ARRIVAL:

Please try to arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This will allow you time to complete any new client forms and assess what it is you’d like to get from your massage session and communicate this with your therapist.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Late arrival will shorten the expected time for clients sessions. The full fee expected for this session will be charged to the client. We encourage clients to plan ahead so that they may gain the full benefits of their session

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 12 hours cancellation notice (24 hours notice for couples massage and 90 min or longer). If clients do not cancel within the time frame mentioned above, the fee will be expected in full before scheduling another appointment.

NO SHOW POLICY

If a client has not reached out to notify Serene Relief Wellness that they will be late or has to cancel we will attempt to contact the client, and will remain at the available for 10 minutes last the start time. After this time the appointment will be considered a "no show" and the client will be charged the full fee for the service scheduled.  After a client has had 2 occurrences payment upfront will be required for future appointments.
